Sessions are available across three consulting spaces in Melbourne's north-east, with our primary consulting space located in Eltham and additional appointments offered in Preston and Templestowe on selected days.
Each setting has been chosen to support reflective therapeutic work within a calm, private and professional environment. While each location has its own character, the experience remains consistent: a grounded, supportive space for meaningful psychological change.
Alignment Psychology Telehealth
Telehealth sessions are available across Melbourne, providing flexible access to psychological support in the privacy of your own space.
Available during standard business hours, with additional appointments available on Wednesday evenings.
Alignment Psychology Eltham
The primary consulting space in Eltham, is located within a quiet allied health and bodywork setting. This space offers a grounded, private environment that supports reflective therapeutic work, particularly for clients who prefer a more relaxed suburban setting away from high-traffic clinical hubs.
Appointments are available during standard business hours on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, with additional appointments offered Monday evenings.

Alignment Psychology Templestowe
Appointments are also available at Everglow Psychology and Wellbeing in Templestowe.
This location provides a professional, supportive wellbeing environment within a collaborative allied health setting, while still maintaining privacy and a calm space for individual sessions.
Appointments are available during standard business hours on Thursday and Friday, with additional appointments offered Tuesday evenings.

A weekly consulting day will soon be available at The S.A.M Centre in Preston.
This location offers convenient access for clients in Melbourne’s north and north-east, within an established psychology and wellbeing setting.
