Welcome to Alignment Psychology a calm and thoughtful space for psychological growth and meaningful change
“When life feels full - but not quite fulfilling”
Many people continue managing the demands of daily life while privately feeling emotionally exhausted, mentally overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves beneath ongoing stress and responsibilities.
At Alignment Psychology, therapy focuses on restoring psychological alignment - supporting greater clarity, emotional balance and resilience through periods of stress, burnout, anxiety and life transition.
Clients are commonly referred by their doctor for support with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties and chronic health-related stress. Therapy integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies and psychoeducation within a warm, reflective and individually tailored framework.
Sessions are both practical and insight-oriented, supporting meaningful and lasting change in emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and day-to-day functioning, while helping clients move through life with a sense of calm confidence.
Consulting in Eltham, Templestowe and via Telehealth.

reducing symptoms of anxiety, stress and emotional reactivity
