Welcome to
Alignment Psychology

Psychological support for anxiety, burnout and life transitions

When life feels full - but not quite fulfilling

You may appear to be coping on the outside while privately carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt or emotional exhaustion.

Perhaps you're constantly managing responsibilities, supporting others, meeting expectations or navigating a significant life transition. Over time, the pressure can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or uncertain about what comes next.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences. Together, we explore practical strategies and deeper insights that support lasting emotional wellbeing and meaningful change.

Melbourne Based Registered Psychologist - Jacqueline Lyons

Eltham is the primary consulting space for Alignment Psychology.
