Welcome to Alignment Psychology a calm and thoughtful space for psychological growth and meaningful change
“When life feels full - but not quite fulfilling”
Many people continue managing the demands of daily life while privately feeling emotionally exhausted, mentally overwhelmed or increasingly disconnected from themselves beneath ongoing stress and responsibility.
At Alignment Psychology, therapy is centred on restoring psychological alignment - helping clients reconnect with greater clarity, emotional balance and resilience during periods of stress, burnout, anxiety and life transition
Therapy sessions integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions and psychoeducation within a warm, reflective and individually tailored therapeutic framework.
Therapy is both practical and insight-oriented, supporting meaningful and lasting change in emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and day-to-day functioning, while helping clients navigate life with calm confidence.
Practicing in Eltham, Templestowe and via Telehealth.

what to expect during our sessions
Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your individual needs, integrating evidence-based approaches with clinical depth and nervous system awareness.
It focuses on both insight and applied psychological change, not just discussions, supporting emotional regulation and psychological flexibility during periods of stress, overload, pressure and emotional fatigue.
Sessions typically focus on:

identifying and understanding current emotional and behavioural patterns
-
reducing symptoms of anxiety, stress, and emotional reactivity
-
building practical strategies for emotional regulation
-
strengthening cognitive flexibility and problem-solving under pressure
