Welcome to
Alignment Psychology

Psychological support for anxiety, burnout and life transitions

When life feels full - but not quite fulfilling

“Some people come for therapy during difficult periods of life. Others return later for alignment mentoring when they are ready to focus on direction, identity and what comes next.”

You may appear to be coping on the outside while privately carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt or emotional exhaustion. â€‹Perhaps you're constantly managing responsibilities, supporting others, meeting expectations or navigating a significant life transition. Over time, the pressure can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself or uncertain about what comes next.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect and better understand the patterns shaping your experiences. Together, we explore practical strategies and deeper insights that support lasting emotional wellbeing and meaningful change.

Registered Psychologist | 20+ years’ experience

AHPRA & APS Member | Medicare, DVA & WorkCover Provider

With over 20 years of experience as a registered psychologist and a background in health psychology, Jacqueline supports professionals, women in midlife, and Year 12 and university students navigating burnout, perfectionism, major transitions and the psychological challenges that can arise during demanding stages of life.

Her clients are often responsible, high-achieving individuals who continue to meet expectations at work, in study or within their families, while privately feeling depleted, stuck or no longer feeling like themselves. She provides a reflective therapeutic environment where difficulties can be explored openly and new perspectives can emerge.

Drawing on extensive clinical experience and a collaborative approach, Jacqueline helps people strengthen emotional wellbeing, develop sustainable coping skills, and make choices that are more consistent with their values, priorities and long-term goals.

the therapeutic relationship

Therapy is a structured relationship built on safety, trust and consistency. My role is to help you understand recurring patterns, reduce emotional reactivity and develop greater clarity in how you relate to yourself and others. Together, we work at a pace that respects your capacity, creating space for reflection and meaningful change without pressure or overwhelm. The therapeutic relationship itself can become a steady and supportive place to feel understood, make sense of your experiences and move towards greater balance and calm confidence

Why the Therapeutic Relationship Matters

"Research consistently shows that feeling safe, understood and genuinely connected with your psychologist is one of the strongest predictors of positive therapeutic outcomes".

Therapy is not about being fixed. It's about having a safe and supportive relationship that helps you understand yourself differently and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
